Add all of the data and speculation together, and you have the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI ) up 0.39% and the S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC ) rising 0.35%.
Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO ) is the leader on the Dow today, climbing 2.2%. Today the company showcased its "Internet of Everything" proof of concept in Nice, France.
